Community ManagerThe preferred approach is to get this fixed rather than roll it back. We're working to get this resolved as soon as possible.
Why is that a preferred approach? My preferred approach would be just to have the product I paid for in October lol. Or some compensation for the delta between full price and the now discounted price on an unplayable game.
