CHEL - Game configuration failed
Game configuration failed . The game suffered a configuration fail. Please try again. Me and my teammate have been suffering of this error for some time now. It is random, and the error pops up as the game starts to load into the game. We mostly play as a group of 4 people or more, so when this kind of error happens the rest of our group leave the game so we can re-queue for a new game, giving us all a very bad experience of the game. In hes message he referred to this post; The latest match where this error happened is match id of 13722533280441, where our team (Pekan Tangat) faces Usama HC. We had a group of 5 players, and only 3 of us got into the game. So me and my one teammate got the "game conf failed" -error and did not make it into the game. Therefore the rest of group ditching the match and giving us another 0-3 defeat to our name. The player id;s of the players that got the error when loading into the game: 802295888 and 1692714479 So with the advice given, we deleted our initial club (Div 1 club) to create another, which we were fine with as long as the error would be fixed. Now we are in a situation where we have deleted our initial club, but the error persists. So the solution of "deleting the club" wont be an acceptable answer this time, as it seems not to work. I have now provided you with sufficent data to dig into this, giving you the exact match id of when it happened, and who it happened to. I can provide the PSN nicknames of the error victims via PM aswell, if the player id linking to psn names is needed. Im looking forward in hearing more of what causes this, and how we can fix this so that we can get the full experience of the game without having to always worry, when the next configuration error happens again. Network connection issue
Everytime I try and login to Madden 25 or NHL 25. I get a notification that I am unable to connect to the EA servers. This has been going on for nearly 2 days now. I’m very frustrated spent a lot of money on these games and now I can’t play them. Any recommendations? I have already my console (Xbox) restarted the game removed it from quick resume Cleared my MAC address changed my ea account password restarted my Xbox still won’t work, any help is appreciated
Broken free agency
Is there ever going to be a patch for the free agency freeze in season mode? It doesn’t work at all. Can’t even choose a player and when you try it freezes the screen which requires you to completely shut down the game and reload it. This is ridiculous for the 70 bucks you pay for the game. How do I get a refund?
ERROR CODE CE-108255-1 WHEN OPENING HUT
Hi All, This post makes me very frustrated with EA and SONY. I purchased the pre-order deluxe edition of NHL 25(Over $120!!!!) and after playing for less than 2 hours my game crashed saying "Failed to retrieve data" and I have not been able to open HUT again. Every time I go to open HUT it gives me error code CE-108255-1. I have tried all the solutions I could find for this error code and saw people were experiencing the same thing with Fifa FUT a couple weeks ago. I don't play a lot of video games so when I go on and can't even play it is beyond frustrating. I even tried another PS5 and the same issue persists. Is it my account, EA or Sony's problem? Does anyone have a solution that actually works for this issue?
Franchise Mode: Find a Trade Freezing
Xbox Series S Changing the category in Find a Trade on a CPU team freezes the menu. See Video. In video, after the freezing the triggers no longer work, although other inputs seem to work. https://www.xbox.com/en-CA/play/media/yMrLKYnS4f Side Note: What has happened with this game the last few days? It's become borderline unplayable with the bugs/lagging I've encountered, including lost save files. I made a new save file, power cycled the xbox and had lost the save file I just created.
