Frozen Player Card When Quick Swapping Goalies

I could try to make it happen again.  I recall it happening on previous versions as well though.

It happens sometimes with quick swap active and opening the scratched player card.  The card just opens as shown and you know you have to restart.  

Nevermind it happened the first time trying to recreate lol.  I published it on my Xbox activity feed (MichaelD#2277).  I think it's visible(?), not sure it's my first time trying to publish something. 

One note of the video, I pressed R-Stick while hovering over Hutchinson, and the card of Màlek opened, the glitch then appeared when when I hit 'B'.

Don't think so, my experience is that it usually happens during quick swap, specifically with goalies.
