Xbox X-game loads up, I can access menus, but then when I start a game or practice the game will freeze up?? Tried rebooting, powering down, uninstalling, not sure what to do next? Help

Community ManagerTry deleting the personal saved data for NHL 25. To do that, please follow these steps. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this.
Press the Guide button and then highlight the NHL 25 tile.
Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it.
Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it.
Did that, redownload the game. It still locks up the Xbox. I have to manually restart the console. Any other ideas? Thanks

I see you've tried practice mode. What other modes are causing this?
Also, are you always choosing the same team? If so, can you try a different one?
