Xbox X-game loads up, I can access menus, but then when I start a game or practice the game will freeze up?? Tried rebooting, powering down, uninstalling, not sure what to do next? Help

I get spinning EA icon in top right corner and I can't resume the game after the 1st intermission. Same issue 3 times in a row. Fun to play the same game 3 times in Franchise mode lol. I think this takes the cake for the most glitchy game EA ever released. So rushed.
I have a similar problem on the PS5 and have already tried the steps you mentioned. No success. As soon as I start a club game 6vs6 or any other match, the game freezes in some situation and I can't do anything anymore. ðŸ˜
I suspect it is a server problem in my region.
