Game Freezing

Xbox X-game loads up, I can access menus, but then when I start a game or practice the game will freeze up?? Tried rebooting, powering down, uninstalling, not sure what to do next? Help

Stop by my place, I’ll pay for the pizza(Red Tomato Pie, such good pizza !) you bring the drinks and we can watch it freeze up, then play ‘24 instead.😄

Can you confirm your console is free of debris and in a well ventilated space?

The Xbox was blown out with a computer cleaner(compressed air) and in a well ventilated area. Kamloops to the border of Texas would be a 33 hour straight drive. If the snow starts, tack on a few more hours.

  Thanks for trying that. Have you also tried playing on a different account? I'm just curious if that makes a difference.

    I tried on another account and it still freezes up. Stop by if you want some “cooler” weather.

Are there any updates on the situation? I downloaded the new update and it freezes at the same spot…Is there any recourse for a refund? Thanks

  Unfortunately, we still don't have an update on this as we haven't been able to reproduce it yet.
  
  You can contact the retailer the game was purchased from to see if a refund is possible.
