Game Freezing
Xbox X-game loads up, I can access menus, but then when I start a game or practice the game will freeze up?? Tried rebooting, powering down, uninstalling, not sure what to do next? Help

Are there any updates on the situation? I downloaded the new update and it freezes at the same spot…Is there any recourse for a refund? Thanks

Community ManagerUnfortunately, we still don't have an update on this as we haven't been able to reproduce it yet.
You can contact the retailer the game was purchased from to see if a refund is possible.
