Xbox X-game loads up, I can access menus, but then when I start a game or practice the game will freeze up?? Tried rebooting, powering down, uninstalling, not sure what to do next? Help

Thanks for trying that. Have you also tried playing on a different account? I'm just curious if that makes a difference.
If I'm ever in Kamloops, I'll let ya know :) I tried on another account and it still freezes up. Stop by if you want some “cooler” weather.

Do you know what time you last experienced the lock up? What time zone are you in?
Pacific time zone. The video I sent was at 1 PM.
