my nhl 25on my ps5 wont let me get onto any games as soon as i load into one i recieve a failed to retrieve on every single game mode ive tried to reset my ps5 and router contact ea and nothing does ...

Community ManagerHello. This is an issue we're aware of. We are hoping to release a fix for this in the January update. In the meantime, I recommend playing on a different account.
There has been some limited success with fixing this by leaving and rejoining the club. Also, it's possible deleting the club you were in when the error started occurring may fix this. There is no guarantee either of these will work though.
good to know for the heads up that this will be fixed in the future i’ve tried leaving the club and everything but as of right now i can’t get into any game mode. but ill hopefully get it fixed by january!
