Icon passing not working, disconnecting from games. I won’t be buying NHL ever again. EA you lost yet another customer.

Yeah I was sure you can't do anything about this. I turned off the firewall, contacted the ISP (they informed me the router works , and the connection was not interrupted) checked the connection several times myself through PS5 as well. BTW other games, including NHL 24, work just fine, I have never experienced any issue like this. Yesterday I played two games with NHL 25, and I was disconnected FROM BOTH OF THEM because lost connection to EA servers. I switched to NHL 24 and guess what: It worked. I have lost at least half of my games because of this very embarassing issue, os I stopped playing this game and I utterly regret buying it. Please, leave this ticket open! This is not customer support.

Community ManagerAgain, Online Versus games do not take place on our servers. It's possible your location is connecting you with opponents that are far away which could cause a bad connection. Regardless, we'll monitor for any issues on our end that could cause this.
