Latest Update Breaking Buttons FM - XB1X

I have gone through all of the troubleshooting steps to reduce lag and rule out any other explanation; and, I have games that require more processing power that are operating just fine. I play on Xbox One X.

There are several issues this latest Gameplay Update has caused in Franchise Mode (Note: none of these issues were present before the update):
-Gameplay is glitchy (players are choppily skating around)
-Buttons for Scouting are taking an extra second to load the "A" option (see attached video)
-Menus are taking an extra to load throughout the game
-Simulating a single game at a time does simulate the game, but when you return to the main Franchise Mode portal, the game [that you just simulated] can be re-simulated and you end up with an extra game played (see attached picture)

Anyone know how to revert to the previous gameplay update? I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and the issue persists.
