Missing Hut Champs rewards

I competed in the recent Hut champs and I went 9-10-1 and only received 2000 coins not the hut champs mega pack ? Any one else have this issue, this is the second time with not receiving in game rewards and it’s getting extremely frustrating considering the time and effort it take to get anywhere or anything in the game now I gotta wait for them to check everything over
