Game:
I was playing in Be A Pro Mode and got my first hat trick at home arena and as the hat celebration is wrapping I start to get a few sound issues and then the screen went black and crashed back the XBOX main screen completely out of the game. I went back in and tried again and repeated the hat trick and same thing. I was able to recreate it 4 times. The last time I even tried deleting the saved game and starting over and it still happens. In other words it's repeatable.

The same exact thing has happened to me now three times. I'm getting irritated beyond belief. PS5. I've sent multiple error reports already.

I have experienced the crash three times, I play on PS5 with the Deluxe Edition. This only started after the most recent update, and I've submitted report with a video clip attached.
This also happened to me playing on the sharks yesterday. During the celebration after scoring the hat trick it starts to have sound issues and skips a bit then dash board. I then reloaded started again. This time a CPU (Logan Couture) scored a hat trick and the same thing happened... So it's not just if you score a hat trick, a hat trick Dashboards you regardless of who scores it. Game was a home game @ the SAP centre
This is basically the only mode I've been playing recently and now I can't even play this..

I don't think that's possible. You could try reinstalling the game and playing it offline so that it doesn't update.
