Game:
I was playing in Be A Pro Mode and got my first hat trick at home arena and as the hat celebration is wrapping I start to get a few sound issues and then the screen went black and crashed back the XBOX main screen completely out of the game. I went back in and tried again and repeated the hat trick and same thing. I was able to recreate it 4 times. The last time I even tried deleting the saved game and starting over and it still happens. In other words it's repeatable.

Kinda tough to get a video if you don’t know when you’ll score a hat trick, and the fact that it crashes the game. Happened for me in my last 5 games. XBOX series X. Has this mode received any updates since it was first introduced?

All you have to do on Xbox is hit the Guide button and then X. It'll record the last 30 seconds.

Hey, everyone. It looks like this is happening when you skip the hat trick cut scene. We're working to get this resolved, but for now, try letting the cut scene play out.
I haven't skipped anything. It's just crashing during the celebration.
I have tried both ways. Skipping not skipping.
