Game:
I was playing in Be A Pro Mode and got my first hat trick at home arena and as the hat celebration is wrapping I start to get a few sound issues and then the screen went black and crashed back the XBOX main screen completely out of the game. I went back in and tried again and repeated the hat trick and same thing. I was able to recreate it 4 times. The last time I even tried deleting the saved game and starting over and it still happens. In other words it's repeatable.

Not trying to be rude or anything but you ask for video captures over here on the Forums. Is it because the ones we send when the game crash do nothing for you guys and are only for Sony/Playstation? Or is it just easier if we send it through here?
Anyways I did read patch notes and it seems to include a fix for "Crash during gameplay" which could be the fix for the hat trick crash but I'll only be able to test tonight. If it is thanks! If not let me know I'll try to reproduce and get a capture over here insteadSame here, be a pro, hat trick from any of the players or mine, the game crash, unplayable!!! Please fix it Quickly!

I don't know where those videos go. Since I am directly in contact with the dev team, it's very easy to relay issues to them so they're aware as soon as possible. I can also give them account details along with a good description of what is happening.
We are working on addressing this issue. I'd expect a fix quicker than is being assumed.

This couldn't be further from the truth. While we can't act immediately on issues like this, critical ones that cause a crash are normally addressed. These things take time. The process is far more complex than as being assumed.
When is this getting fixed? Keeps happening to me. Doesn’t matter if it’s my hatrick or someone else’s. Just give us the options to skip the animations for goodness sake

Thanks for the reply! For your info, I played BaP last night and scored a few HT and never crashed. Other teams did as well. Seems to have been fixed with yesterday's hotfix. Thanks a lot!

Someone else has mentioned that turning off the play by play commentary resolved this. Can you try that?

There is a report that disabling the play by play commentary resolved this. Can you try that and let me know if the crashing still happens?
