Game:
I was playing in Be A Pro Mode and got my first hat trick at home arena and as the hat celebration is wrapping I start to get a few sound issues and then the screen went black and crashed back the XBOX main screen completely out of the game. I went back in and tried again and repeated the hat trick and same thing. I was able to recreate it 4 times. The last time I even tried deleting the saved game and starting over and it still happens. In other words it's repeatable.

Happens multiple times in this video, first time at 15:30.
It happens even when the CPU opponent scores a hat trick.
Pretty awful.
At first I thought it was an audio problem but everytime I score a hat trick the game crashes. I work hard for my money shouldn't you do the same? Fix or refund
Same problem here, already sent 2-3 crash reports with videoclip from PS5. Tried an old BaP and a new one. Every time were during my 1st Memorial cup game when scoring a hat trick. I see fans starting to throw hats then it crashes. Been playing the mode since PS3 days and it's the first time I can't even play one single game without a crash. Totally unacceptable.

Don’t even bother. It won’t be fixed until next game or the game after that. Community managers ask for video proof and you show it to them and nothing is done about it. 🤷🏻♂️
Worked when I scored one. Still crashed 1 of 3 times when a teammate scored one. Just gotta keep mashing dashboard over and over I guess. Still probably going to request a refund. This is ridiculous.
Why? I gave you videos of many of issues in 24 and not one was fixed. Stop wasting peoples time and just be honest with them. It’s not going to be fixed until next game or the game after that because EANHL doesn’t care about their player base unless you’re spending mommy and daddy’s credit card on HUT packs. And at the same time Aljo try to deny that EA doesn’t put 80%+ of their energy and focus into HUT as their is an entire forum on this website dedicated to JUST HUT while no other game mode has one 🤣🤦🏻
