In be a PRO the games crashes when u do a hattrick on Xbox series x please fix this issue

I've sent in multiple reports through the game on my PS5, hopefully they rectify this soon. Currently the only way for me to move forward is to sim the game once someone scores 2 goals or you be quick (right away when someone gets the hat-trick) and pause then sim the rest of the game. It doesn't seem to matter who gets the hat-trick. I've let the scene try to play or or try and skip the scene, it doesn't matter, the game freezes and then ask you to send report.

Hi there. We don't have an ETA on when this will be fixed. I would assume sooner than later since it's a critical issue. One thing I've seen reported as a workaround is disabling the play by play commentary. Try doing that and let me know if it helps or not.
