NHL 25 keeps freezing
Tried everything to fix the issue and it still freezes when in CHEL or even customizing my character. Anyone know the actual fix for this

Community ManagerHi there. Does the game lock up and you can't do anything or does it throw an error or maybe kick you back to your console's dashboard?
no error message. just freezes. I will hit the xbox button and hear that it should pop up the menu screen but I can't see it because it's just a frozen screen. So I have to constantly unplug the xbox to restart

Can you tell me what you've tried so far to fix this?
rebooted to factory settings, deleted the game and reinstall, everything that is out there on youtube, rebooted modem and router, though this is the only game there is the issue. have a wired connection and it still is doing it.
