Tried everything to fix the issue and it still freezes when in CHEL or even customizing my character. Anyone know the actual fix for this

rebooted to factory settings, deleted the game and reinstall, everything that is out there on youtube, rebooted modem and router, though this is the only game there is the issue. have a wired connection and it still is doing it.

Community ManagerWithout knowing everything you've tried, we'll need to go through troubleshooting. Are you on a Series X or S? Also, is your console in a well ventilated area with the vents free of debris?
