NHL 25 keeps freezing
Tried everything to fix the issue and it still freezes when in CHEL or even customizing my character. Anyone know the actual fix for this

I resolved the issue by buying the xbox x. No clue why the series s did this but haven't had any issues with the x

Community ManagerI'm glad you got this resolved. It's unfortunate it meant buying a new console though. I have a friend on my WoC club that has had no issues with his Series S so far, but it does seem the Series S consoles have more issues than Series X. Regardless, hopefully, we can get this reproduced and addressed in the future.
