I bought a protect the net choice pack from the hockey ultimate team store and when it opened the game crashed on me! I reset the game and went back in and tried to open the pack again from my unopen...

Community ManagerIs there no error? It just hangs on that screen? Also, it looks like maybe the video was clipped at about 12 seconds. Is it possible get one un-edited?
Is this pack still in your inventory?
Also, have you checked your inventory for any 84 rated Protect the Net items? Go to My collection and hit Y/Triangle to search for them. Normally, when this happens the item goes to your inventory.
