I bought a protect the net choice pack from the hockey ultimate team store and when it opened the game crashed on me! I reset the game and went back in and tried to open the pack again from my unopen...

Ya I stopped the video prematurely at 12 seconds but that's all I get is the blank screen!!! I'm after buying more packs afterwards and no problems opening them! Ya the pack is still in my unopened packs an I've tried opening again today and the same thing ! It's like it glitches out everytime I open it ! I've tried waiting for a couple minutes after opening the pack and nothing ! Everytime I try opening it I have to stop the game and reopen the game to be able to play!
This is the 3000 point choice pack so nothing has gone to my inventory!
No error message either as you could see ! This is the first time in 12 to 14 years that I've ever had any problems with the nhl games ! I'm a long time loyal fan of EA and there hockey games!!! All I want is this pack or my 3000 points back to open another pack! I get issues happen but man it's hard to get anything done with these things!
