Trade Screen Crash

I was playing through Franchise Mode when I got a trade request. I pressed Edit Trade to get some information on the guy they wanted and accidentally hit R3 on the "Add to trade" button. This caused the game to enter a state of crash where I was unable to exit the trade menu. I had to close the game and restart it. After that it worked, so I tried to see if I could replicate the error, and it happened again.
