since the launch of the game i've had a weird visual bug. sometimes when i load into games, online or offline, the players, fans, ice, and arena overall have a weird white, glossy look to them. its kinda weird looking and its super hard to play with this bug. im wondering if it's to do with the fact that i play on a xbox series s not series x. but alas, im not sure.

Thanks for trying all that. Have you tried disabling the HDR settings? Also, does it happen if you play on a different gamertag?
i have tried deleting and reinstalling the game, same bug still happens. i've gone through all the settings on my xbox and tv and nothing has changed unfortunately. i messed with the colorblind settings, nothing changed. still unsure what the problem could be

Also, check the settings on your TV and console. I really don't know what would cause this. It doesn't look like it's related to the colorblind settings, but possibly, something else is affecting this.
i'm on xbox series s, i have tried other hdmi cables and it happens across any tv/monitor i use unfortunately. i even turned off 4k on my tv and xbox because i thought that would've been an issue

That's definitely weird. I haven't seen that before. What console are you on? Also, have you tried swapping out your HDMI cable? Does the same thing happen if you play on a different TV/monitor?
