since the launch of the game i've had a weird visual bug. sometimes when i load into games, online or offline, the players, fans, ice, and arena overall have a weird white, glossy look to them. its kinda weird looking and its super hard to play with this bug. im wondering if it's to do with the fact that i play on a xbox series s not series x. but alas, im not sure.

Is it possible to load your account on to a friend's console?
i do not have another console i can try unfortunately

I'll get this reported and keep an eye out for others with the same issue. Typically, when we only see one report of an issue, it's something to do with your hardware or settings. I assume you don't have another console you can try?

Have you tried changing your jerseys and arena?
i full factory reset my console and it didnt change anything unfortunately.

It's definitely odd as this is the only report I've seen of this issue. Can you try the factory reset to see if that helps?
it appears to be random im not fully sure if it is but it feels like it. i have not tried resetting my console. although it doesnt happen on outdoor rinks, which is weird. maybe its some sort of lighting issue

You say this just happens sometimes. Does it seem to be totally random or is it with specific teams/arenas?
Also, have you tried factory resetting your console? i do have hdr settings disabled and it happens across multiple profiles.
