Why is my S.Crosby have a X on the card?

What pack did you get this out of?

The packs are gone EA_Aljo I paid 1,600 per pack and each one was not UT pack or a BND pack and you can see the rest of my players are trade able and sell able why is my S.Crosby have an X on it. I think it was Junmbo Elite Players pack not 100% sure can you have the team look into this matter I put out $203 CDN for 20,000 coins. The card should be sell able like the rest in the pack.

I’m not 100% sure on the pack name I think it was like I posted Junmbo Elite Players pack the team will be able tell you that info it keeps track of that. And the packs were trade able and sell able the 94 S.Crosby should have been like the rest of the pack no X top right corner. The J.Iginla last card to the right I posted and sold that was in the same pack trade able and sell able. I hope EA fixes my S.Crosby 94 Overall that I pulled and make it trade Able and sell able like the rest of the pack was. Here is a photo of J.Iginla card sold.

EA to inform you I got a 94 Ovwrall S.Crosby in a pack that I bought with my money then bought our in game currency to buy packs I got him in a trade able and sell able pack you listed you can’t just take it away from me and I sorry you offer me a 91 untradeable version of it or a random tradeable  you can’t do that. That’s called theft it’s not my Mistake it’s EA’S your basically stealing my money that is fraud. Plan and simple the card has to stay at 94 overall you have to honour what you put out in packs you also have to honour the pack it was a tradeable and sell able pack I proved that and the team can see that. 

Sorry it’s in a pack at 94 Overall in a trade able and sell able pack you want to make offers well I just sent my counter offer what I want in return for the inconvenience of paying customer pulled a 94 Overall S.Crosby X factor card in a trade able and sell able pack that you are now saying I can’t have and I can only have a untradeable version at 91 hello that called fraud EA I paid money to get the coins to buy the pack. 

EA should do a investigation on how you think it fair to only offer me a untradeable version of it  at 91 or a random 91 trade able player hello if I paid money to gainn in game currency it’s still my currency correct then in fact your offer of a untradeable version of it is fraud man for real. It came in a tradeable and sellable pack. So your basically stealing my coins I could have made off selling it like the rest in the pack. I hope you accept my counter offer. 

What EA should do is say yes that was not post come out but since it was your mistake on your end and programmers fault I’m not at fault for anything I pulled  a X Factor 94 Overall S.Crosby in a trade able and sellable pack what is true then truly you should honour it and make it trade able and sellable at 94 Overall. I’m not bad person and just saying wake up EA your offer of a 91 untradeable is unacceptable but I did counter. Freedom of speech nothing wrong with that but to take back something programmers mess up should not result in EA changing what I pulled that is the point. Here I pulled a card of the season in a tradeable pack to have EA say it was not post to happen but it did you can check my account see the money I put in like everyone else in the world who plays this game we are tired of being ripped off we are paying customers it’s your mistake not mine take your own mistakes and learn from it. 

I pulled a 94 Overall X factor S.Crosby in a tradeable sellable pack. EA’S says it was a mistake you can’t have it how would you feel if you the best ever card  I’ve ever pulled to be stolen away from me for untradeable version of the card at 91. I paid for ingame currency and if anything the card should been one of two things made tradeable like the pack was witch paid for with in game currency at 94 overall or it should of been set to 91 overall tradeable and sellable card like the pack that was advertised when I purchased it with my in game currency witch is my money right I bought a pack got the best card ever and you steal it back play you was EA says should be more like steal our way from our customers you should punished the Programmers not the customer.
