Me and my buddy are having the same issue. When playing 3s. My custom character is loading into the game as the default Jordan nhl
Mine is a little different. Player custom name and face are what I picked, but options like the Intro or Goal animation are wrong, as is the announcer voice for hits and goals.
My main issue is still the no club uniforms at all, despite customizing all of it.
