3240 flip is not working

I don’t know who created that challenge but the 3240 flip is not working for me. Diva diva there’s no there’s nothing diva. every time I try to do a held 360 flip or held 360 shiv-it it’s telling me that I’m doing an impossible flip instead of those flips
