All EA achievements locked

If you are having an issue with achievements not being completed, please upvote this post so that hopefully it can be resolved sooner. 

During the playtest, I completed each district and then upon release, achievements were added. For achievements I completed during the playtests - and ones after the official release - are not being tracked and/or updated. I have submitted a ticket and contacted an EA advisor who told me this is a bug that needs to be investigated and suggested I post on the forums to gain attention for others having this issue.

Alongside this, could anybody confirm if this is an issue across other platforms aswell. I'm not sure if this is an issue just on EA or Steam, Xbox, and PlayStation as well. Thankyou 😝
