All progress and achievements gone, game wants to start from scratch...

Title describes it, I haven't played in a little while. 

I'm using the same account I always have used however I open the EA app today to update the game, I no longer have ANY of my achievements and I have them all unlocked, my playtime has completely reset and the game wants to start off fresh. 

I've purchased charity boards on this account, season passes and currency and it's all completely gone. 

Does anyone know where I go from here to try and get help to restore it all?
