All Stickers Missing from Preview/In-Game

I can't see any of my stickers both from menu and in-game.
I don't think I can see anyone else's either.
This happened all of the sudden when I was customizing my deck; my equipped stickers disappeared and I could no longer preview any of them.
Tried restarting my PC and verifying my game cache in Steam and reinstalling; still doesn't work
