Ban from matchmaking servers

I'm making another post, the one from 23 days ago hasn't been seen by anyone from support. I was a playtester for Skate and about one month before release my account started receiving a matchmaking server ban error. At first it appeared as a connection error, later it changed to a matchmaking ban message. I have been trying to contact support for 6 months but the regular support agents told me they cannot handle bans. I play on PC through EA App and I have never used cheats or third-party tools.

Is there anyone from support who can take my case and resolve it?
