Banned From Matchmaking Servers

I've been banned for 3 months for no reason and no one helps me, not even support, I've sent a lot of tickets but they keep closing it saying it's solved and they also say that my account is clean and hasn't been penalized, meanwhile I haven't been able to play a game for 3 months.
This is only on skate, because I'm playing battlefield and other EA Games..

852146987. this is the first error code it gives me 29/08/2025

461960325. This is the code it gives me from 16/09/2025

And now after season 2 update I m still banned, Same error 461960325 

Wake up Developers.

    But this doesn't make sense. My account is this one, and I use it to play skate. on EA App on PC. I've always played with this one since pre-alpha until August 29th, after which it gave me the errors in the photos I shared, in the order written. My account is clean because it lets me play all the other games, Battlefield, Need for Speed. I also signed up for EA Play Pro last month. Until I get contacted by someone knowledgeable about skate. MAYBE I can solve this

    What topic should I choose? What should I ask? Tell me, because there isn't a specific category for my problem. I already know that everything I do will be a waste of time, as has happened up to now.

    Follow these steps:

    1. Go to https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/
    2. Type EA Account into the search field
    3. Select the skate. tile
    4. Click on See more topics
    5. Click on 'I need to update my EA account information'
    6. Click on the option for chat

    No, all my old cases are closed and it seems like new ones aren't even being considered.
