Black Screen after step one of spots 101 mission

After completing step one of the Spots 101 mission it gets stuck on a black screen .Been having this issue even after restarting the game multiple times and have uninstalled and reinstalled the game ...

Platform: Playstation 5
In the "Spots 101" mission, I am able to get through the first step just fine, but after the game tries loading the second step, I get stuck on a black screen.
