Black Screen after step one of spots 101 mission

After completing step one of the Spots 101 mission it gets stuck on a black screen .Been having this issue even after restarting the game multiple times and have uninstalled and reinstalled the game ...

Same issue on Xbox. Get stuck at black screen after doing 180 Ollie and should progress to challenge but just goes to black screen. Can still hear audio but no visual
