Black Screen after step one of spots 101 mission

After completing step one of the Spots 101 mission it gets stuck on a black screen .Been having this issue even after restarting the game multiple times and have uninstalled and reinstalled the game ...

I’ve got the exact same thing I’ve tried closing and opening the game I’ve also deleted and re installed it twice still isn’t working

I fixed it, I joined a group and they started a group mission after a while with the black screen out of nowhere it was fixed
