I know that skate is still in early access but, I’m asking on behalf of a mate will skate eventually support Linux and or MacOS?

I'm asking for this too. Skate is a casual and not very competitive game so invasive kernel level anti-cheat is completely unnecessary and excludes people don't want to be forced to use windows or care about personal security from playing the game. Why is EA supporting Microsoft's monopoly over the PC gaming market? There are now millions of steam deck users out there that could be potential customers, the linux market is currently higher than it's ever been.
Kernel level anti-cheats are also a major security risk, each anti-cheat that someone installs adds another potential vulnerability to the windows kernel than can either be exploited by hackers to gain full (ring 0) control of someone's PC or bugs can cause BSODs like what happened in the crowdstrike incident.
Javelin is by far the worst anti-cheat i've ever encountered as it requires you to enable "secure" boot, which makes it a lot harder for people to dual boot multiple operating systems. If you're not gonna remove javelin or make it linux compatible, at least remove the secure boot requirement so people can freely go back and forth between linux and windows depending on the game.
