I don’t know why but when I held the button to get the 2026 bundle in the item shop it went through with the purchase but somehow it glitched and didn’t give me all the items but took my 500 sv bucks.
Im afraid that if I try to buy it again it will charge me another 500 for the rest of the bundle, I don’t know what to do about it.
I purchased the 2026 bundle as it seemed to be on sale for 500 SV bucks. Initially it seemed like a bug as I received half the items and my number of bucks stayed the same. Thinking I would get the rest of the items I purchased it again but was charged multiple times for the same thing.
Bought the 2026 countdown bundle. Didn’t get all the items in the bundle so I accidentally bought it twice and got charged again. Cost me 1000 San van bucks instead of 500 as advertised. Anything I can do to fix it?
No the devs don’t care the best thing you could do is call the bank and tell them a fraudulent charge has been made. Get your money back for the SVB!
This happened to me and I’m still waiting for a response from EA on how we can resolve this.

In relation to not receiving all the items - Can you check in skater/profile customization for those specific items? The checkmarks not displaying within the store's bundle after purchasing is apart of this bug.
