brickswich banks pillars

the one of the pillars in sitting on a square cement block (nearest to me in picture attached), and two of the other pillars are off centter of the cement blocks theyre attached to (two pillars further in front of me in picture). im not sure if that design was on purpose but it looks like the cement blocks shoukd be moved to he lined in center with the pillar.
