[BUG] Blocked in infinite LOOP in Tutorial

Description of the issue:

I'm blocked in a infinite loop in tutorial. Not possible to walking or doing any move. I'm completely blocked and no way out.

The loop is (watch the video in attachment for more information):

  1. She keeps talking
  2. She displays the map
  3. She closes the map instantly
  4. She repeate the same sentence as step 1
  5. She displays the map
  6. She closes the map instantly
  7. etc...
  8. etc...

The loop is repeating infinite time.

Steps to trigger/reproduce the issue:

I have no idea. I just played the game and reached this point. The game started to bug by itself.

    Enabling subtitles will get you around this issue.

    From a fresh boot on the Press Start screen, open Accessibility settings, change subtitles from off to On.

    Ya I have the same glitch, it’s such a buzz kill😒  also the robot and cell phone bull

    It started to happen to me a few days ago.  I tried this and it still kept me in the infinite loop.  logged off for a few days and tried it all again and nothing seems to help.

    Steve8304​ Could you provide a video, showing the following?

    1. Boot title
    2. On Title screen where it asks you to Press Start, open Accessibility settings
    3. Show that the subtitles is set to on
    4. Proceed into gameplay
    5. Open the map
