Bug with all the game text, it appears in codes (PS5)

All the text in my game looks bad, it appears with capital letters and codes that shouldn't be displayed instead of what it should really say. 

I will add some images so you can understand. By the way, this only happens in the PS5 version. In the PS4 version, everything looks normal, but I would prefer to play the PS5 version because it runs at 60fps, but I can't do it because I don't understand almost anything of the text or instructions.

some spaces appear blank too. 

I have downloaded the game several times and it remains the same. I think it must be some problem linking with my account or console because I was part of the EA beta tester program but I don't understand why this happens.
