Can’t progress/ soft locked

I bought the game on release and started playing then got soft locked at your 2 a bag of tricks. I’m lvl 9 in hedgemont and completed every challenge  but they won’t count towards unlocking the new areas still say 0/70 and 0/250 challenges completed. Been multiple updates and even a 11 hour maintenance and still doesn’t work…
