Can’t progress: Tour 1 Skater Eyes

Can’t progress past Tour 1: Skater Eyes Open Your Eyes. I’ve completed the 2 missions it gave me (“there & back” and “go with the flow”), but seems to have locked me out from progressing. I’ve uploaded a few images of the map, the missions page, and the 2 first missions which are shown as done.

To remedy this, I have tried the following:

Restarted, Reinstalled, Moved from Steam to EA App, Fast travelled, Selected and deselected mission, Recompleted previous missions, Completed first 2 missions again with a friend.

This issue has been affecting me prior to the most recent fix update. I originally posted this issue on another community site just over 7 days ago and, including other research, it would seem quite a few people have been hit by this issue with no resolve.

This has stopped me from playing the game unfortunately, and I would love to continue playing.
