Im softlocked at the point where you are supposed to get a box at the store, I got an error connection on the first one and now I can't do anything else until I collect the box yet I cant collect it

happened to me and one of my friends missions are locked and there's no icons on the map, cant level up in the store either as i cant fast travel or open it
i also keep getting a voice line that sounds like a already have a mission in progress but it wont tell me what it is and there's no icons or any instructions anywhere
Having this same issue. My mission log is locked but she keeps telling me I have a mission in progress. Yet there is nothing on the map. I believe I’m stuck right before the mission where she teaches you to own the spot.
