Cant do ollie :D

Hi, I would like to ask why I can't do an ollie in the tutorial :DD I have a Rapture CYPHER controller (unofficial XBOX controller). I brought it home today, tried various games, and when I got to Skate, I got to the tutorial where I'm supposed to do an ollie, but the joystick movement indicator only shows me when I move the joystick to the right or left, it doesn't show me when I move it up or down at all. I can't even cancel the mission, so now I'm stuck in one of the first missions :D

    Hi,
    Do you play directly on EA App or Steam ?

    If i'm right, on steam you can emulate your controller as an xBox one or PS4/5
    So maybe try on Steam if you're not

    To add some details, the ollie works but it's just not identified as a ollie in the tutorial. So I can do as many ollie as I want, I'm still stucked there.
    I also use an unofficial controller (for PS3/PC).
