Can't Progress Skate-O-Ween Tasks

I'm Stuck at 11/12 challenge goals for the Witch's Brew, Spider Bait & Heathen Flip Challenges.

I have completed all 3 challenges with the maximum amount of goals possible, yet still it keeps showing 11/12. I can redo the challenges as often as I want, but I dont get any extra progress.

My game did crash when I was first trying to enter the Heathen Flip challenge and once I started my game back up it showed all of the Goals as completed. Maybe thats why it doesnt count towards the completion.
