Character building AR program not completing

On the Character building ar program. I have got to step 5/7 it’s asking me to do a 2s held grab which I do but it won’t complete the task. Then keeps asking me to return to the session marker even if I already did that, says completed and then takes me back to the 2s held grab. Frustrating as I can’t progress further without it but tried everything and nothing will work.
