Started the game and once i was in the character creation the models seems to have the face and hair models attached to the floor and so look broken. I accepted the default character hoping the main game will update the model but it has only got worse. Now the entire screen is blocked with broken/glitchy textures/character model.
A restart of the game seems to have resolved the issue for now.
i had the same problem and was missing 3 files for no reason, just do a quick game file scan and ur going to be good

For those experiencing this, does session length or anything else have any affect on when this happens?
Also if some of you could attach your DxDiags I'd appreciate it as this allows us to narrow down possible causes.
