CLIP export playback speed incorrect

When you export a clip at 1x playback speed, for some reason it seems to be only 80-90% playback speed vs the actual speed of the riding ingame. The way you force the clips to "not stutter", or the actual value of the clip playbackspeed is functionally incorrect. I cannot for the life of me export a clip where it seems 1:1 speed with the actual gameplay.
