Controller disconnection
So i have a pretty old ps4 controller (it's the one that came with the box in 2014) and it still works great, all the buttons still work with little to none stick drift, but it sometimes likes to dis...

I also have that, my current cable for the ps4 controller is a bit loose and whenever it disconnects while playing, I have to restart the game cause it doesnt recognize it anymore. I assume it has to do with the anticheat and that kind of stuff, only being ran on boot.
